How to request a transfer with gift cards
Step 1. Select your event from the ‘My Events’ page then navigate down the left-hand side menu and select ‘My Funds.’
Step 2. Then click ‘Request a payment.’
Step 3. You’ll be given three transfer options. Select ‘Gift Cards’ for a fee-free choice.
Step 4. From there, you’ll be able to decide which gift card you’d like.
Step 5. Indicate the amount of money you’d like to transfer from your gift card registry fund and select ‘Request Now.’
Pro-Tip: Keep in mind, that some businesses have limits on the amount of money you can request transferred via gift card. If that’s the case, and you’d still like to put all funds towards one merchant, you’ll simply need to request multiple gift cards until you use all of your gift card registry funds.
Step 6. You’ll receive an email letting you know that your payout transaction request has been received. Once it’s approved, you’ll receive a second confirmation email with your egift card information.
Select ‘Get Code’ from your email and you’ll be redirected to a digital gift card with redemption instructions as well as terms and conditions. Follow these steps to redeem your gift card funds with the merchant.
