Disney World Bachelorette: 4 Day Itinerary

Stack your 4-day itinerary for a Disney World bachelorette party. Celebrate your love in style with our guide to unforgettable adventures with your loved ones.

If you’re a self-proclaimed ‘Disney Adult’ like me, you've probably been dreaming of ways to incorporate a little magic in your wedding festivities from the moment you got engaged.

While we wanted to keep our wedding day a little bit more low-key, I immediately knew that a Disney World bachelorette party was a must for me and my closest girlfriends. A lot of them had never been to Walt Disney World before, and I was excited to show them. It was not only one of my favorite places growing up, but an awesome place to celebrate any occasion as an adult and I couldn't wait to show them why.

Below is the Disney World itinerary that we used with a few extra ideas from a self proclaimed Disney expert, to help you personalize your trip and make it your own.
So grab your Minnie ears, throw on that pin lanyard and let's start planning, girls!

Day 1

Travel + Lodging

Days one and four of this Disney itinerary were travel days, since all of us were coming from out of state. We flew into MCO nice and early in the morning so that we could take advantage of an almost full day in Orlando together. There were five of us in total, and we decided we’d rather stay off property in a rental home so we’d have a bit more space and privacy.

There are so many amazing rentals in Orlando catered to groups traveling in for the theme parks, so a lot of the homes are not only affordable, but a great value. Some even come decorated with a bit of Disney magic, often including:

  • Pools
  • Hot tubs
  • Amenity clubhouse access
This was the case for our rental, located in Storey Lake.

For those who would prefer to stay on property, below are some of the resorts and accommodations that I would recommend for a larger group:

  • Art of Animation Suites
  • The Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs
  • The Cabins at Fort Wilderness

Or, if you don’t mind being split between multiple rooms and are looking to save some money while taking advantage of the on-property amenities and transportation, you could stay at the All-Star Resorts. These resorts vary in theming between music, movies and sports, and are the most budget-friendly stays on Disney World property.

Dining + Drinks

We gave ourselves time to unwind, get settled into our space and change before heading to Disney springs in the late afternoon/evening to enjoy a bit of bar-hopping and a casual dinner together.

There are multiple bars and eateries that would make a great first night of the Disney bachelorette party! Below are some of my personal favorite spots in Disney Springs for a great cocktail and tasty dinner:

  • The Edison
  • Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
  • House of Blues Orlando
  • Enzo’s Hideaway
  • Dockside Margaritas

After dinner, we watched the new ‘Disney Dreams That Soar’ drone show over the water then headed to DisneyStyle to get matching Minnie Mouse shirts we could wear during our trip!

For those who want a fun drink with a little atmosphere but would prefer to visit a different part of the property, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Below are some of the most popular drinking spots throughout the resorts and boardwalk.

Where to Eat/Drink in The Resorts

  • Trader Sam's Grog Grotto (Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort)
  • Dahlia Lounge (Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort)
  • Cali Grill Lounge (Disney’s Contemporary Resort)
  • The AbracadaBar (Disney’s Boardwalk)
  • Jellyrolls (Disney’s Boardwalk)
  • Atlantic Dance Hall (Disney’s Boardwalk)

Day 2:

Day two is for shopping and eating!

We started the morning with a breakfast spread in the house. To save time on driving the first day you arrive or having to spend money on transportation, I highly recommend using Instacart or Doordash to get a grocery order of essentials delivered.

We knew we wanted to save money on breakfast each day, so we got basics like milk, cereal, bread, eggs and waffle supplies. Oh and coffee. You can’t forget coffee.

If you place an order, make sure you turn your settings to the local address. My uncaffeinated auto-pilot brain ordered a hundred dollars worth of groceries to the wrong state!

After breakfast, I passed out Disney themed bachelorette gift bags to my girls. I tried to tailor them to the group in a way that felt personal to this trip as well as functional for what we’d be doing! Below is a list of what I included in each bag.

  • Plain Mickey ears to decorate
  • Custom charm necklaces
  • Snacks for the park
  • A refillable water bottle + hydration packets
  • Makeup Remover Wipes + Eye Masks
  • Fuzzy Socks + Slippers
  • Sunglasses
  • Chapstick
  • A fan for the Florida heat
  • Color-coordinated straws (so we could tell drinks apart)
  • A Lanyard full of trader pins

Then we got dressed, took our lanyards, and headed to Disney Springs. We spent the first part of the morning shopping and pin trading, then headed to Chicken Guy for lunch. If you’re looking for something quick and affordable for this meal, try one of these spots:

  • D-Luxe Burger
  • Earl of Sandwich
  • Chicken Guy
  • Blaze Pizza
  • The Polite Pig

When we all were properly worn out from the heat, we went back to our rental home and spent some time in the pool.

Dinner + Drinks at The Polynesian

One of my favorite memories of the entire Disney bachelorette party was our group dinner on this night at Ohana inside Disney’s Polynesian Resort. We were able to snag one of the last dining reservations of the night by some luck, but if you know you want to book at a popular dining spot on property, you may want to work with one of our expert planners who will have their finger on the pulse of bookings! They’ll be able to help you snag that coveted reservation (at potentially a better time than 9pm).

Even though our dinner was late, we were in great spirits getting ready for the evening and decided to head to the Polynesian Resort early to grab a drink and enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks show from across the water. We decided to try our luck at getting into the Trader Sam’s speakeasy at the resort and, through a magical turn of events, we managed to get in!

Now if you haven’t been to Trader Sam’s, or better yet, haven’t heard of it, let me be the one to tell you it’s really as fun as it’s cracked up to be! The space itself is tiny, yet absolutely transports you to a tiki hut on an island in the middle of a tropical storm.

There are fun lights, sounds and the servers lean into the theme heavily. With whacky rituals that come with the different drinks and more, you will truly feel like you’re part of the story here. The beverages are fruity and delicious and you can even purchase an iconic souvenir tiki cup, which we did.

It can be hard to get in, as the bar doesn’t take reservations so you’ll need to get there early and put your name on the list! If you can manage to snag a table, we definitely recommend dropping what you’re doing and heading that way! All of us agreed that it was the highlight of the trip!

When we got the call for our table at Ohana, we were happy and hungry! When I first booked this table, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’d heard a lot of positive reviews on the restaurant, but was worried about getting our money’s worth if the ‘all you can eat’ meal was plated and delivered to the table vs laid out on a traditional buffet.

All I can say is that it lived up to the hype! The food itself was absolutely delicious (I can’t even tell you how many plates of noodles I ate) and abundant! New plates were being dropped off consistently and absolutely none of us left hungry.

The icing on the cake (no pun intended) was the dessert: bread pudding. Truly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating! I wish I could have taken four of them to go!

Do yourself a favor and book a sit down dinner at Ohana for your bachelorette weekend! Get the girls all dressed up in colorful clothes, enjoy a pre-dinner drink at Trader Sams or take one from the quick service bar and sit on the beach. This will be a night you’ll all remember.

Day 3:

Coffee Run + Skyliner

Day three was our park day and I was so excited to take the girls to Epcot for the International Flower and Garden Festival. We decided to get a ride share to Pop Century Resort, because it was relatively close to where we were staying in Orlando and we knew we wanted to take the skyliner to Epcot just to mix things up.

If you have a group of girls who have never been to the parks before, it can be fun to show them some of the different resorts and modes of transportation on property!

When we got to the hub point for the Skyliner, we got off to get Joffrey's coffee to start our morning caffeinated. There’s a small Jofferey’s stand here across the lake from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Talk about a pleasant view for your first sip of coffee in the morning.

After that, we got back on the Skyliner and rode the rest of the way to Epcot, arriving in the back of the park at The International Gateway.

Epcot Park Day

Since bachelorette weekends are often a mix of personalities that may not know each other well, it can be hard to find activities that everyone enjoys. Something I did to make the day a bit more exciting for everyone and encourage a sense of friendly competition was to create a photo scavenger hunt!

I created a list of different activities and photo spots throughout the park that the girls had to find and snap pictures of for different point values. The person with the highest points got a prize at the end of the day! Below is a photo of my checklist for a little inspiration.

I put the scavenger hunts on a lanyard so the girls had them handy throughout the day and on the flipside of the scavenger hunt, I included a ‘drink around the world' checklist so that we could keep track of our favorite snacks and drinks from each country.

This was a small touch, but it was something that the girls said they enjoyed and made for a fun keepsake. If your Disney bachelorette party is more focused on rides and attractions, I've listed the top three rides catered to those who like a thrill, and those who enjoy a slower paced experience. This can be helpful for first timers!

Top Slow Paced Attractions:

  • Ratatouille
  • Frozen
  • Spaceship earth
  • Soarin

Top Fast Paced Attractions:

  • Test track
  • Guardians of the Galaxy
  • Mission space

Something to keep in mind, depending on the time of day that you're starting your park outing, is the heat in Orlando. A lot of the girls in my group were not used to the Florida heat and didn't know what to expect. We all had fans and lots of water, but even so it can get unbearable at certain points in the day, as a lot of the world showcase is outdoors without much shade.

For the hottest parts of the day, it may be better to start in the front half of the park, as a lot of rides are encapsulated in indoor areas like The Land and The Seas.

In the evening, when the sun starts going down, the world showcase will be slightly cooler and you may not mind standing in the sun as much while waiting at the outdoor booths for food and drinks. Either way, if you’re planning on consuming alcohol throughout the day, just be sure you’re staying hydrated!

We stayed until the park closed and watched the firework show which was awesome! It was actually pretty emotional (we definitely all cried a little bit) and it was the perfect ending to a great park day together.

Day 4:

Pool + Travel

The last day of any bachelorette weekend is always a little sad since all the fun that was ahead is now behind us. Luckily it was exactly that, so much fun. We took afternoon flights home out of MCO, and luckily our rental hosts extended our checkout so we were able to spend the morning relaxing poolside before we had to say goodbye!

If you’re able to book a rental home with a community pool and clubhouse, despite potentially having an early checkout time, you can still enjoy the pool and amenities until later in the day when you truly have to leave for the airport, while still having access to showers!
